shutting down VZAccess

I forgot to disconnect my mobile broadband card before I shut down my computer.  Now, when I turn my computer on, I get that big red Verizon screen ... and, when I right click on the Verizon icon, I get the message that someone is already using my VZ Access.

 

Would someone please tell me how to disconnect the VZ Access so that I can start again?

Maybe you can click Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then highlight VZAccess Manager and click End Task.
