i have a spyware problem that keeps hijacking my computer .ive bought a program to fix it but it didnt work "HELP"

Try TrojanHunter--free to try last I checked.  Excellent and fixed a problem that would have otherwise required I reformat my harddrive.

 

Google spyware removal tools, but beware--some "tools" are malicious also.

 

If you can't resolve it on your own, either wipe the drive clean and reinstall the OS (last resort), or seek professional help.

 

Infections are so varied, we can't tell you precisely how to fix it, from here.

I would also recommend using Adaware and Spybot to help knock out any spyware/malware you have on your computer.  Both are free from download.com  (or at least they were last time I looked for em).

MalwareBytes free version is better than Ad-aware and Spybot.

If that doesn't get rid of your problem, you can post for help on their forums.  They have people trained in spyware removal there.
