I just got an network extender and the sys led is slow blinking red and the gps is solid red

According to the Network Extender User Manual, on page 5:
“If the GPS LED is solid red, the internal antenna may not be able to detect a GPS signal and installation of the external GPS antenna might be necessary.”
“The first time the Network Extender is used, it may take as long as one hour for the initial GPS acquisition. If the GPS LED is still red after one hour, relocate the GPS antenna to receive a stronger signal.”
Examine pages 13 and 14 of the manual, the GPS antenna can be removed and has an extendable cable to help with optimum antenna placement.
