I have a um175. It will have a -75 rssi signal and then will instantly go down to -102 and then slowly go back up to -75, then within 10 seconds or so it will do the same thing. I have watched the debug screen when it does this and it will go into the "acquisition" state. I've had this modem since last year and it just started this about 2 months ago. I'm trying to figure out if i need a new modem?
Any other devices in the household having signal issues? If not, you're probably right about a radio issue with the device.
nope everything else works fine. I don't see any reason why it would go from full signal to nothing. I used to have a phone that did the same thing, got a new phone and it worked perfect.
