I have had the um1756 for about 6 months. I like the device and its great for taking anywhere. Well it recently broke and i got better signal than ever, yesterday it finally broke for good. My computer dosn't recognize the device anymore. I pay the $5 for insurance. Was wondering if Verizon will replace the modem or if I would have to buy a new one?
