I find it a dumb thing that they offer 4g used to get it and now a couple weeks ago i cant and now the internet is super slow and not worth even paying for it because it is so slow thats why i upgraded to the 4g in the first place.
Hey doublet248! We do want you to use 4G LTE wherever available to get your money's worth! What zip code are you located in? Have you had any luck pulling the battery out of your Jetpack? Which model Jetpack are you using?
