I have been threw 6 of these ( Jet packs) all because, they would not turn off when charging causing my data to go threw the roof. For 4 months I have been telling Verizon that my bill was going higher and higher .they did nothing but send me another device that did the same thing . Now i have a 700 bill paid over 600 dollars in bills and even paid for another device that I sent back with out a refund.. All of these have been pulled from the Charlotte NC area for what reason? I even offered to do a video showing this they declined .
Now what Verizon?
