I have exercised ever option and took ever avenue to resolve my matter except calling the FTC & DCA (I don't want to have to resort to legal action if I can avoid it i just want my cases). I have ran out of options I need someone very high up in Verizons management to resolve my matter. I order & paid for 2 Galaxy S23 Ultra cases on sale and store refused to honor the price even though I already paid for them, it makes no sense. I placed & paid for an order as an in-store pick-up but the store refused to release me my cases saying it wasn't possible due to a glitch in their system & that they were unable to honor my purchase. This was at the 302 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 location. I called customer service while I was there and they were unable to help me. So far I spent roughly 7 hours on phone, 2 hours at location, 3 hours travel time (I take public transportation and a half hour live text support and so far all Verizon has been able to do was credit me $30 for time spent on the matter and a promise I will get my cases for the price advertised. Now my debit card is not being accepted to re-order my purchase to "try" & get the matter solved. This is total unacceptable and illegal. I don't want to get in to too many details because I want to save Verizon the trouble of having to deal with this problem of theirs on a country wide matter leading to a huge lawsuit. I don't know how deep this hole goes and I'm not the type of person to exploit a businesses mistake. Please will someone high up in Verizons chain of command contact me so I can have this problem dealt with, finished & put behind me. I already put WAY to much time, effort & energy into this matter and just want it resolved. I'm literally about to have a mental breakdown from this and don't deserve this treatment. I need someone with some kind of special clearance to contact me because I myself can not get through the wall they created between the costumer & and management that they have created.
