As such, we have rebranded the environment the "Verizon Community". The new community will primarily focus on three core components:
Detailed notification of new products or services - both from product and online experience perspectives. These official Blogs will focus on our Residential, Wireless, and Small & Medium Business lines of business.
The ability for members to continue to take advantage of peer-to-peer supported Forums. We've enhanced the forums to provide even more value to our community.
New functionality that will allow community members a platform to interact directly with Verizon for the purposes of submitting Ideas to enhance our products and services. Coming Soon!
We believe these changes, along with those outlined below - continues Verizon's best in class status among online providers. Details regarding specific changes are below.
Site Redesign - A complete system overhaul was in order - and we delivered. Better layout, color scheme, and navigation are just a few of the changes. In addition, we've place the most important information - such as Recent Solutions, Ideas, etc. more prominently throughout the site.
Official Blogs - Our blogs will focus on new products and services from our Consumer and Business divisions. In addition to products & services, we will also highlight our efforts in the environment, our enhancements to our online experiences, tips & tricks, and much more.
Ideas Exchange - The Idea Exchange is a new component of the community that provides a venue for members to suggest their ideas on enhancements to existing products and services or creating new ones.
