Need more My Account forums?

The shared services Account forum is getting so cluttered with wireless issues, it is difficult to find other services account issues. I see the reasons behind the wireless folk joining the forums a while back, and it did not make since to have VZW forums, and putting everything in one place was a good idea. But now things seem to be overun and cluttered in some areas.

I agree with having one My Verizon for access to all the services, but there are many different account types. My My My perhaps it's a bad idea.

My Verizon (Web Site concerns)

My Wireless Account

My Residential Account

My One Bill Account

My Business Account

I'm in agreement here.  Not all Verizon accounts are the same, or handled the same.  "Assuming" the account is a wireless account and then finding out it's a FIOS bundled account has caused more confusion than solutions (for me, that is!).  Posters don't always give details, assuming we *know*  what their account is....and I tend to assume everything is a wireless account unless specifically told otherwise (though I am getting better at reading between the lines!!)

So perhaps a separate board for each account type would be a good idea, as prisaz suggested.  Then us wireless folks won't be cluttering up *your* account boards so much.

Hey I wasn't beating on Wireless. Wireless was like the British invasion when the Beetles came to town. Not a bad thing.

I'm agreeing with your suggestion to create separate boards to deal with different account types.  Good idea....  🙂
