I'm a member on a forum that often has server problems and lately the admin wanted to fix these problems and added the use of cookies but because of this I think, I can't log in, it shows this every time: Your session has expired, submit the form again. What I find strange is that some members can log in and new ones have been able to register.
I tried to create a new account to inform that there is a problem to connect and it was impossible to register. An error message appears on the form: Your session has expired, please log in again. If I want to load the recent activity list of this forum, the same error message appears. So I sent a message to the administrator who read my mail, I use mailtrack, and I got no reply from him.
Even though he posted his email address to contact him in case the forum had a technical problem. I think I'm not the only one who can't log in, because as far as I can see, the other members haven't logged in and neither has the moderator. I cleared the cache, cookies that are enabled for the site, but it didn't work.
I tried with other browsers, but that didn't work either. I emailed the Woltlab company and they replied possibly there is a misconfiguration on the server that prevents the login cookies from being correctly recognized and the site uses a very old version of their forum software. The site is teenhut. Is there a solution?
