Cannot Use Chrome Browser to Access Forum

I am facing a problem with chrome browser. I have windows 10(64 bit). When I run chrome in my pc, it is showing windows error 0x80248007.

The windows error message is not fios related. You can google the error code and you will find the windows solution.
