I posted a while ago; "International Plan Charges not removed since April" and a Verizon rep sent me private messages offering to help. But I cannot sign in to the forum and password reset attempts have been rejected. Can't customer service just snd an email to the address on file with the account?
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your community private messages. You should be able to do so here. Since you were able to post, you should be signed-in and able to access your inbox.
When viewing a PM in your inbox, the reply text box will be located below the PM. The reply button should appear when you click within the "Reply..." text box.
