I got a PM from VZW support on Community postings, but am unable to reply. I got this error message (below) but nothing is highlighted and nothing is obvious... please help, I'd really like to send my reply!
Correct the highlighted errors and try again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble sending a private message reply to vzw_customer_support. Before trying to send your PM, please try highlighting all of the text in the message body and clicking on the "clear formatting" button located in the toolbar above the message body (the "clear formatting" button features an icon of an underlined capital letter T followed by a lowercase x).
