Is there a possibility Verizon could post announcements like "Online Backup and Sharing Isn't Working" - either on a message board or under support topics?

I am on hold - again - with tech support.  I suspect it will be like the last time.  I will spend over 30 minutes on hold, be dumped into voice mail, not get a call back and then it will magically "fix" itself.  That means it is obviously a Verizon network issue.  So, could we maybe tell people that?  You know, save us time?
