I want to direct this towards the CEO of Verizon, Hans Vestberg. I had a lot of respect for your company when I found out that a majority of your customer service agents are employed domestically in the U.S. However, I recently found out you made the asinine decision to layoff your customer service agents in the U.S. and direct your customer service to be managed internationally. I changed from AT&T to Verizon primarily because I wanted customer service agents I could understand and who were capable of their job. Too many times have I deal with customer service agents internationally and I couldn't understand them or they were incapable of successfully helping me. I'm sick of companies becoming greedy and not wanting to help support the country they primarily reside in. Do the right thing or leave the company.
