Feedback button doesnt do anything. Cant submit from this forum.

Are you referring to the Forum survey popup?
In general, I believe there is a suggestion board you could post at any time here.
The button on the right side that appears once in a while and says..."FEEDBACK".
It doesnt work. If it doesnt work, then should be taken down. Why is it there if it doesnt work?
Can you please remove that Feedback bar from appearing on the right side?
