It is glaringly obvious that many of the replies to forum threads from CS are stock responses with the exact same verbiage and just a few words changed. This is not helpful and often doesn't even address what the OP was trying to say. While I understand CS is an easy job to get overwhelmed in, taking a couple more minutes to actually type a reply would be appreciated.
