Forum badge glitch

The forum badges have gotten some new colors, I think?  Some of them will no longer appear at all in the thumbnail view at the top right of the forum page.  They all show up just fine if I view my profile, however.

When I just looked at my badges now, there's a new one "Video II" at the very bottom.  I guess some new badges are being added, as there must be at least a "Video I" version available (?), even if it's not showing up yet?  And does this refer to making your own videos which you upload to the forums, or links to any videos posted elsewhere?

The current forum badges all work properly now as of this post, and the mysterious "Video II" badge which was earned by only 2 members has vanished.  Guess that must've been a legacy badge which is no longer available.
