Forum notifications down again.

I posted about this some time ago and it was fixed, but as of this posting, the forum notifications are completely down once again. My entire notification feed under the bell icon is completely missing and says I have no notifications.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Are you just talking about the orange bubble with a number that appears when you have unread notifications? If so, I may have seen it not be shown occasionally when I know I have unread notifications in the list. I haven't figured out if it is consistent or not having the page fully loaded or not.
@Nilsa_VZ can you or the other admins look into this?

No, in the 2 threads I've created about this when I've noticed it happening, my entire notification feed will be completely gone. Checking the bell icon says "You have no notifications at this time". I will also not receive any email notifications when this is going on. Usually my inbox gets several such notifications daily, because I'm here a lot. When things get fixed, I will get pages of notifications back all at once under the bell and emails will also begin coming in again. Sometimes the orange bubble with the number doesn't show up for some reason and other times it updates in real time, but that's a separate issue.

Ah, yes, I think I have seen what you describe before. It's been a while since I have though. Usually I exit the website and come back it seems to fix itself. A few years ago that might have bugged me more than it does now as I'm not here as much as I used to be. Hopefully, the admin I tagged earlier will reply with some insights.
