From many post I have read there are many frustrated posters and there getting much responce to theree postings. Also trying to get a Verizon rep on the phone who does not give one conflicting info or hand up on ya or put u back in the queue.
Does any Verizon Staff ever bother to read what mite be considered the buclk of post subjects and perhaps post a to all on this matter , post a correct answer?
There are several Verizon employees that monitor the forums for issues that might not be able to be answered by your peers. Depending on whether or not the issues is account specific, they will either respond on the forums or send a private message to the customer to help resolve the issue.
