I switched from T-Mobile to xfinity and have spent days trying to get all the phones activated. Nonstop issues. At one point I was on the phone with 3 people from customer service at one time. I called Verizon’s port put center and the Verizon employee explained everything in about 5 minutes and I’m not even their customer!!!! Amazing.
