I contacted customer service and waited almost an hour on the phone and all they did was re-direct me back to the link that doesn't work. I am trying to print 3 months worth of bills to include amount owed on my device. This is unacceptable, there's a reason why I left Verizon.  This type of issue doesn't make me want to ever switch back. Your customer service is horrible! Do not direct people to a link that doesn't work.

Fix the link or allow customer service personnel access to our past bills so that they can email them to us!

I've heard that you are supposed to be able to login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnection, if you use the User ID associated with the account and not the phone number.  You can't use the phone number for anything because Verizon no longer controls the phone number.  Your final bill(s) will generate at what would have been the end of your billing cycle if you were still a customer.  Based upon what I've read in the forums and from personal experience elsewhere, it seems to take 2 billing cycles for everything to clear out of the system.  The first "last bill" is for the last month of service.  Then, there will be a "final bill" about 2 months after leaving which will show device payoff amounts or other balances due.

Some people have reported that going to a corporate (not a 3rd party) Verizon store works for having employees print out paper copies of your bill.  Otherwise, the bills will be snail mailed to you.
