Above are the screen shots from my conversation with verizon today. They clearly stated that I was available for an early upgrade. Unfortunately my chat got disconnected so I thought I'd call so it wouldn't happen again. On the phone with them, they informed me that the agent was wrong and they refuse to honor what was originally told to me. How can they not honor it? And to find this out aftet 1hour of holding on the phone!! How can
