I've just read a slew of comments about the 5g Home Internet Connection dropping multiple times. I'm experiencing the same thing. Not a techie per-se, but can be instructed to do anything. What's the secret sauce? The little white box is on a shelf same height as the window and my eero mesh route is set with IP Passthrough. I already canceled my Spectrum service for the 5g. Help please, I'd hate to have to return to Spectrum!
