A number is associated with my name not my wife's name

I recently switched to Verizon.
I have 2 lines. One is mine and one is my wife's.
In Verizon online account, I can update the nickname of my wife's phone. However, it does not really change the name for this number.
I also updated the share name id for her number. It was default to my name. I had to use custom to put her name in.
However, in my travelPass page from the app, I still see her number with my name. Before her request for manager was also shown as my name.
I can't find the right place to update the name and the customer support does not know how to resolve it.
