I'm receiving a Special Offer for 'Travel Pass' ($5/Day for Domestic rates in Mexico/Canada), but when I ACCEPT it I get a 403 Forbidden page. Help!

Even after adding Travel Pass to my account day(s) ago, I am still receiving the notification of the Special Offer. Following the links on the Special Offer for Travel Pass still results in the 403 Forbidden. Is anyone else experiencing this?
