Can't access MyVerizon overseas

Whenever I try accessing my MyVerizon account in Europe, or even getting to the Support page on Verizon.com, I get the error message "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time." This is a major issue for me for two reasons: whenever I try to enable Wifi calling, it brings up this page, preventing me from doing so on my phone. Secondly, it prevents from changing my TravelPass settings. What on earth do I do here???
