I was in a rather lengthy chat a couple of days ago concerning my bill. The agent had to do a "couple of hours" research as they thought they could figure it out. They had me keep my chat box open...I did for several hours and then nothing...it disappeared...I am trying a) to find the transcript and b) the outcome.
