Do I get charged for calls I don't answer with TravelPass?

I am traveling to the UK for a month and using travel pass. Does it count as usage in a day if I get a call but do not pickup (telemarketer)?

The same question for apps that send me alerts but that I don't open, does that count as data usage?

Being in the UK for a month sounds glorious, PETBEL80. We're happy to clarify this further.  Unanswered calls do not trigger a Travelpass session, but alerts/notifications from applications that are running on your device will count. Does this provide clarity?
