I have a fios gateway router 5ghz that works just fine to support our home needs (a couple phones, a pad and one tv at a time in use generally). Here's my question: I'm looking ti install a Blink security camera system and the device specs indicate it only works on routers that are 2.4ghz. In looking at my account I see that my router has both 5 and 2.4 - how does the Blin system and router know to connect at 2.4? I don't see anything I can manipulate or is that something I'll see in the Blink system as I'm setting it up? I want to make sure I'll be able to support the 2 cameras I'll be placing. Thanks to anyone who can clarify this for me.

Did you get an answer to this? I switched to fios from xfinity and haven't been able to connect my module to the new wifi.
