Follow up on support ticket

There have now been a few times that I have either used the on-line chat or the text chat with a rep, and it starts great, I get some questions answered, and then they just QUIT responding! I have to start all over with the next person. It's getting really irritating.

I have the latest support ticket request that this happened on. How do I contact VZW with this ticket number and get it finally resolved?
