Are you needing help on how to physically swap your SIM card? Here is a link for how to remove the SIM card on an iPhone 7: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-207000/ When you insert a foreign SIM card into your phone, you may need to factory reset it in order to get it working. This would erase your phone, so be sure to have it backed up beforehand.

You normally input the tool which came with the phone into the hole on the SIM slot. If you no longer have the tool, a small paper clip would work. The drawer will pop out. You remove the Verizon SIM and put in the other SIM.
