International Plan

i will be going to korea and plan to utilize the international plan (0.5GB data/100minute). i was wondering if i would be able to call US numbers in addition to Korean numbers. from the local carrier's perspective, it would be an "internatinoal call" so I was wondering if those minutes were include in the plan.
