Why is Verizon's website so bad that you can't change your International Plan while you're on a trip without spending four to 8 hours of garbage new screen popups and still no answer. Then if you use messenger they respond to you in four hours while you're asleep on international timw with an authentication that times out. In addition, when you try to change your plan online it only allows future months. I also spent 2 hours on a call to customer service at 12 AM MDT yesterday and no peraon ever answered. Just music!why. I am traveling an need to change my international plan NOW. why Verizon! Worst customer experience ever! And for the person who responds to this. Pay attention to the time that I am sleeping versus the US time. Don't give me an authentication that times out! Worthless! Fix my problem verizon!!
