It looks like this is a common occurrence with Verizon. I was charged for an International call for $147 that I DID NOT MAKE and Aveary  from South Carolina said that this NEVER HAPPENS! Looks like this has been happening for a while!!

I discovered shieldvos.com in twitfer and they will help you amplify your complaints to Verizon! Look them no harm in trying

Somebody care to resolve this issue?

Just had the same problem.  Three weeks ago, my wife saw at attempted call coming to her phone from Jamaica.  She did not answer, assuming it was spam. Thirty minutes later, I got a text from Verizon saying that international changes have been incurred on our account.  I immediately called Verizon to try to understand why.  I was told to call back when the billing cycle finishes to dispute the charge.

Billing cycle just completed, so I called this morning.  Verizon insisted that the call was made from my wife's phone.  Only 2 minutes, $3.98, but still.  Took me nearly a half hour of insisting that we did not make any calls to Jamaica to finally get a credit.  But the credit came with a warning, this would be a one-time credit.  If it happens again, we would have to pay the charge.

Well, if it happens again, and they insist on us paying for international calls that we did not make, we will be looking for a new cell service provider.
