I just spent 9 days in Great Britain. I was totally unable to use any of my Verizon wireless services. No one else was able to use their Verizon account. I had the same experience in Scotland and Ireland in previous years. Yet You advertise 4G connections in these areas. AT&T customers had a much better experience. I am incredibly disappointed. I have followed all of the directions.
Did you have an international plan? Which phones are you using?
