Hey Verizon, its a really simple question but your stupid computer hasn't the brains or experience to answer it. I NEED A PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh --- wait --- the hold time is now 75 mins. Please just answer the dang phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you looked at a calendar recently? It's one of the busiest times of the year -- you're not the only customer waiting in queue. If your question is that simple, you probably could have Google searched it or included it in your post so someone could have been able to answer it.
