Linking my FIOS account to ABC

I get this error message when I try to link my Verizon Fios account with ABC so I can watch something on ABC.COM:

 

We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. For more information about Verizon products and services, visit verizon.com. If you continue to experience problems please contact us [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] with Case ID 417-seTsOsmP, date, time, IP and requested URL.

 

Any suggestions on how I can go about linking the account?
