Message+ web version does not load

Your webpage for Message+ does not load. A verizon page/frame with the general verizon header menu does show. But the body shows nothing but 3 flashing dots, no matter how long i let it run. I’m using Windows, Chrome. Tried the link in Edge but got the same result.

It loads fine for me this morning, logging in to the My Verizon page, selecting Account->More->Text Online.   Using the URL https://web.vma.verizon.com/vma/web2/Message.do? which used to work is flaky, sometimes working other times 'page unavailable' after logging in.
