I been a loyal customer for over 15 years.

 

i been having an issue with network Verizon always saying it’s apple .  But when it comes to the network I’m going their Verizon not apple I do not pay my phone bill to apple.  I pay it to Verizon.

 

anyways.  

on network setting I have 3 networks I can’t remove.

 

why?

verizon doesn’t know.when it’s their network i am using.

 

1. Private Mobil WiFi 

2. Verizon wifi

3 Verizon WiFi access.

I been dealing with this issue for 5 months.  Now I’m locked out of most of my accounts today I spent 6 hours on the phone. For them to just hang up on me cause they count fix it and answer my questions.  

so what or where should I file a complain
