Network Extender issue

My network extender is brand new as my other one ( a year old) was getting wonky. The new one goes through all of its stages successfully, however it now says Server Error 9A. Check Lan or firewall settings. Verizon suggested that I call TP link (My mesh router system company) or cox communication. TP link is not proving a solution and I am about to call Cox. Any suggestions here as my cell phone relies heavily on the extender. Thanks! Mark

Assuming you've called Verizon Support to ensure the extender's MAC ID is properly provisioned in the network, you might check your router for the IPSEC setting.  It should be ON.
