I have 2 tablets - Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 and Apple iPad mini 2. Phone bill shows both tablets using same number which cannot happen. How can the tablets be used with one number each as they were set up to do? Samsung tablet stays spinning while locked with Verizon on the screen. iPad shows disabled. There is no customer service for this.
