I wanted to be reminded of how to get to voicemail (something I don't often use). I searched the Verizon app, but to even ask a question required six sign-ins, and everything but a pint of blood. I wanted to ask the "chat" about this thinking it's got to be an FAQ. No dice! I had to wait for a live agent...and sign in again!
I understand the security needs Verizon thinks it's addressing, but at some point, the game is not worth the candle. Security is literally making the Verizon app (and web page) unusable.
I've even explicitly disabled two-factor authentication in my account profile. It doesn't matter, I'm still prompted for a security question every time I logged it.
Please...! Stop the madness!

To add to the worst security problems ever, I've had to log in (again!) and do a verification email just to post on this community. I was already logged in to Verizon, but apparently, that's not good enough. No! We must log in again, and again, and again. And even if we disable two-factor authentication, we'll have a follow-up to the login.
