I would like to know what has happened to the service in my area over the past 30 days? I've lived in this location since '94 and service increasingly got better until it wasn't! I was able to take phone calls throughout my home and property and even was able for Verizon to offer me 4LTE Home Internet service. Then about 30 days ago, home internet speeds below spec, calls being dropped or not receiving calls at all! I haven't had call issues like this for about 7 years. I thought that things would get better, not worse! Spent way to much time with CS for them to just say tough you now have poor service!!!!!!!!!! I have 1 tower just over 1 mile as the crow flies, another at just over1.5 miles and a 3rd at 2.5 miles. Have 2 others that sit at the 4 mile mark. The excuses have been foliage, the water and what ever else they could throw out. These things haven't changed and no new housing developments have been built up. Others have noticed the service drop that has happened around me! I would have thought better of Verizon and have been a wireless customer since their beginning and prior under Bell Atlantic Mobile ('88 2 lines). I would like straighter answers other than false promises of tickets being created that weren't done on multiple occasions. Was told that engineering would need to do array alignment and or power adjustment then come to address to confirm good signal! What a smoke screen! Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
