Still no service after paying the amount past due

I lost my job and was unable to pay my bill and my phone got turned off, as soon as I found another job I paid the back amount due. Still have no service called customer service and they keep saying it’s a business line and I have no admin on the line after I explained to the lady on the line that it was a personal account with no service she said I needed to talk to financial services and said she would call me back , never asked for another number and hung up on me, so I still have no phone and no one can help! This company is awful and I will be going to another company.
