Purchased Travel Pass to use recently in Greece. Phone worked in Athens but did not work on most (all?) the islands attempted on later dates even though there was a local carrier indicated on my phone with adequate signal strength. Could not do texting, or connect to any websites. Did not have a need to attempt voice. No configuration changes were made to the phone from when it worked to when it did not. Was still charged for $40 for four days of attempted use. Could not communicate with Verizon via the app on my phone to try to get a resolution for the problem. I should not have been charged when my phone did not work.
