Travel Pass vs. International Plan

My daughter will be traveling to Australia...if I activate the travelpass on her phone will I be able to call/text her from my phone in the US as part of her TravelPass or will this activate the international fees on my phone as well?

It sounds like your daughter will be on an amazing trip and we would love to help you stay connected with her! If she activates a daily TravelPass session you will be able to call or text her regular number without added charges on your line. Her line will only get the daily use fee as found when you log in to your My Verizon account and plan the trip at http://www.vzw.com/tripplanner. If you are calling a local Australian number like her hotel or another location charges may apply as found at the same trip planner link but by choosing "International Calls from the U.S."
