I put travel pass on my phone before leaving. Worked with customer service to make sure my settings were right (global roaming turned on) on my galaxy s7. Arrives in paris today, accepted the activation text, and don't seem to be able to use data...what's up?
Have you verified the network mode setting is on global and you have allowed data roaming?
