I am unable to place calls to USA from India. I have travel pass for India. My data and text are working. I can also make local outgoing calls in India. But I cannot make any outgoing calls starting with +1, including Verizon customer support. It always says cannot make outgoing call when call barring is on. I have already spent around 1 hr chatting with customer support representative to resolve this issue. But the issue still persists. I also contacted Samsung support but no luck.
There is no option in my phone to turn off call barring. There is no "Supplementary Services" option in my phone which was suggested by the Verizon rep to use to disable Call Barring. I am using Samsung S21+.
Please look into this call barring issue urgently and post a solution to this thread.
